I'd say yes, as long as both wifi adapters are Kali compatible

It is advised for you use Wicd-gtk instead network-manager for that .
Network Manager will start processes that will conflict with airodump even if you use a different interface .
To install Wicd follow this next line :

apt-get install wicd-gtk

So when you do the command "airmon-ng check kill" , the wicd will not be shutdown , while if you use network manager it will be .

No need to install wcid or use "check kill" if you modify the configuration file of network manager (check previous post)
