Chroot update failing

Lots of "failed to fetch" messages last few times I've tried. Idea?

Same thing, mostly 404s

This remains totally broken. I'm guessing this has something to do with regular Kali 1.x being end of life? Like the nethunter packages were on the server that was wiped?

Had to edit sources.list and put the 2.0 sources in. After that all updates except apache2 which fails still.
