Hello everyone,
I was learning kali for a few month now, however still struggling with many things.
Hoping you might help me with the problem I faced now:
I got myself an Atheros Network Adapter AR9271 and I am sure it is working, I managed to connect it to my kali in vmware on Mac, monitor mode works just fine, however
whenever I connect it to kali on my PC, i can't get it working.
lsusb shows it being connected:
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0cf3:9271 Atheros Communications, Inc. AR9271 802.11n
I have ath9_htc driver installed,
dmesg |grep usb shows following:

nevertheless:
airmon-ng doesn't show my anything, neither i can't see it with iwconfig.
I am connected to the internet using a bridged connection, therefore I would expect Atheros to be displayed as an additional wireless extension.
