Keyborad and mouse freeze

I have just installed and Kali 2.0. Now when I boot up Kali, my mouse and keyboard freezes(indirectly my keyboard and mouse gets locked up). This problem happens even when I boot up Kali (Live amd64) from CD. Any one is having any solution then please post. It makes Kali impossible to use.

I think my cpu prevents kali linux because I have noticed that after some time from boot, my cpu light doesn't blinks anymore, it stops blinking so what should I do

Lenovo c260 all in one
Intel celeron j1800 cpu 2.43Ghz(2 cores)
Ram 2 gb
Lenovo mouse
Lenovo keyboard

I have found that kali Linux stops responding after some time after boot up. It is not my keyboard or mouse or cpu problem. Somebody knows how to fix it.

Try reinstalling input drivers

apt-get install --reinstall xserver-xorg-input-all

But before just after the I sign in, it freezes. I don't know, but even the cd rom locks. Their is no power to INPUT OUTPUT devices in my pc.
EVEN KALI LINUX STOPS RESPONDING. When I unplug the mouse and replug it, mouse is supposed to show me red light but it is not (this prooves that their is no power to input output devices just after the login screen)

I went on login screen and pressed CTRL+ALT+F4, which then took me to shell. Their I have typed the command
apt-get install --reinstall xserver-xorg-input-all

But it says that it can not be downloaded

So what should I do. Because it is very difficult to use Kali without GUI especially for BEGINNERS

The above link also didn't work. I am able to use my mouse,keyboard for a short period of time after boot up but at that time also, cursor movement is not smooth. It is like a lagging game. After 5 minutes of boot up, mouse and keyboard locks(and even the red light under the mouse turns on and off continues) and ofcourse kali freezes. I have even tried kali rolling edition but no luck.

I searched forums with this problem the results are

1.Graphics Driver not installed.
2.Hardware Issue.

On the same pc, windows runs properly without any issue. Sometimes kali runs properly and many times not.
