Evil Twins with isc-dhcp-server Changes..

hello guys,
I used old Backtrack 5 and dhcp3-server was working in it. But in Kali 2.0 its not working and there is another package
called isc-dhcp-server which is bit change, i want some tutorial on Evil twin method with the help of isc-dhcp-server...

Here is already one Tutorial available but its using (dhcp3-server) which is no more working in Kali 2.0

Would like to have Tutorial on "Evil Twin (with isc-dhcp-server)"
