No EFI-file for adding boot option

    Hello

I have converted a Linux Sana ISO to USB using Rufus. I've also edited my UEFI settings to Legacy Mode etc.
The only problem is, is that my UEFI doesn't automatically detect mu USB.

Because of that I tried the 'Add boot option'. But I'm stuck at the part where you have to select the boot path, on my USB there is no .EFI-file. So, how do I do it then?

I'm using an Asus X555L, by the way.

    Any help?
    Thanks!

you are using wrong method with rufus. use dd command from linux
    http://docs.kali.org/downloading/kal...ve-usb-install
    or
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/
    from Windows
this is the only way to create bootable usb for Kali

I did that. Succesfully found the EFI file (tried x64boot and syslinux), still not working. I get the error: "No configuration file found.".
However, on an old Packard Bell, it is working.

By the way, I only had three folders. Is that normal?
