How to install Airprobe in Kali Linux 2.0

    Hi,
I have a lot of problems when trying to install Airprobe on Kali 2.
I do not want downgrade kali linux - I know I have to use zmiana.patch, but when patching I'm still getting more errors
    Code:
    # patch -p1 < zmiana.patch
    patching file gsm-receiver/Makefile.common
    Hunk #2 FAILED at 36.
1 out of 2 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file gsm-receiver/Makefile.common.rej
    patching file gsm-receiver/config/gr_libgnuradio_core_extra_ldflags.m4
    patching file gsm-receiver/config/gr_standalone.m4
    Hunk #1 FAILED at 114.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file gsm-receiver/config/gr_standalone.m4.rej
    patching file gsm-receiver/src/lib/Makefile.swig.gen
    patching file gsm-receiver/src/lib/gsm.i
Hunk #1 succeeded at 28 (offset -5 lines).
Hunk #2 succeeded at 39 (offset -5 lines).
    patching file gsm-receiver/src/lib/gsm_constants.h
    patching file gsm-receiver/src/lib/gsm_receiver_cf.cc
    patching file gsm-receiver/src/lib/gsm_receiver_cf.h
    patching file gsm-receiver/src/python/gsm_receive.py
can't find file to patch at input line 325
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
The text leading up to this was:
    --------------------------
    |diff --git a/gsm-receiver/src/python/gsm_receive_rtl.py b/gsm-receiver/src/python/gsm_receive_rtl.py
    |index 926a366..b3f37a9 100755
    |--- a/gsm-receiver/src/python/gsm_receive_rtl.py
    |+++ b/gsm-receiver/src/python/gsm_receive_rtl.py
    --------------------------
    File to patch:
    Skip this patch? [y] .
    Skipping patch.
4 out of 4 hunks ignored
Do you know any method to get it working?

Hello! As of 02/04/16 I got all of the hackrf tools running with the hackrf one and was able to use airprobe to capture my own GSM signal. I have a couple people testing out my tutorial on Kali 2.0 and it is already confirmed for Kali 2016.1 rolling release. Give me another day or two tops, and I will post a full walk through for both 2.0 and rolling. It is being tested with the Hackrf One and the rtlsdr right now. Hope this helps!

I can confirm that this tutorial of scoyok's works. My install is slightly different as i am using kali 2.0 64 bit sana(not rolling release) with KDE Desktop Environment and a rtl-sdr. With a few minor changes i was able to get it fully functioning as well. We will be posting the tutorial soon. I will add my changes after the tutorial goes live to reflect the changes need to make it work with rtl-sdr and KDE.
