if I violate the copyright, if I make a domain name to include the name kalilinux?

as :
kalilinuxindo.com or kalilinuxindonesia.com

I wanted to use the domain name for my website which contains tutorials for kalilinux in Indonesian, I kalilinux users, and would like to share about kalilinux with the people in my country (Indonesia)
