hi guys, so ive recently installed Kali along with my windows 10.
I'm having problems logging in,
when I set it up I skipped to the graphical installation and didn't do the rest, so I never set up a password or anything like that. so when I boot up kali I get the login request, I tried leaving it blank, I used the root as userid and toor as password, tries using root as user id and leaving password blank but yet I still cant login.
tried to reset password by going to the recovery/mode terminal
original: ro single intrid=/install/gz/intrid.gz
changed: rw single intrid=/install/gz/intrid.gz init=/bin/bash
also tried: rw single intrid=/install/intrid.gz init=/bin/bash
pressing F10 to reset / reboot. just to get an error.
should I re-install following all the steps or is there any other way I could try doing this?
