I've got installed kali linux with kernel 4.0.0-kali1-amd64.
After changing sources.list (and update,dist-upgrade) i used update-grub:
update-grub
Generating grub configuration file ...
Found background image: /usr/share/images/desktop-base/desktop-grub.png
Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-4.3.0-kali1-amd64
Found initrd image: /boot/initrd.img-4.3.0-kali1-amd64
Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-4.0.0-kali1-amd64
Found initrd image: /boot/initrd.img-4.0.0-kali1-amd64
Found Windows Recovery Environment (loader) on /dev/sda3
Found Windows 8 (loader) on /dev/sda5
Found Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (14.04) on /dev/sdb1
So it looks like I've got installed 4.3.0-kali1-amd64 kernel, but after reboot in grub i can choose only 4.0.0 kernel.
I want to know how to change that to 4.0.3. (sorry for bad eng)
