Kali Linux 1.1.0 Update !

Hey
I installed Kali 2.0 on VMWare player .. was so laggy and slow .. so i got lower version " kali-linux-1.1.0a-i386 "
then when i try > apt-get update it doesnt update .. Untitled.jpg Check the picture to know my problem
Can anyone help me please ? tell me what to do ? maybe i need to change something in my sources.list ?
