Kali 2016.1 Rolling Issues on Latitude D630

Hey guys, I've been using since Backtrack 3 and this is the first time I've encountered this issue.

Using a Dell Latitude D630, with B43.

- Airodump-ng is impossible to use, reports "illegal operation" and bugs the terminal.
- Wifite doesn't show the scan. The timer is shown but nothing happens, otherwise operation is normal.

I haven't had the time to find other bugs.

I used a custom installation from Kali Lite 2016.1, using the Mate Desktop and Wireless tools suite & also tried with the Kali 2016.1 Full ISO.

Could someone point me to the correct sites for learning how to do a bug report and where to post?

I really want to upgrade but know nothing about creating bug reports logs on linux. It's the least I can do to help.

your d630 is too old for Kali Linux and B43 is not good adapter for testing.
try to use usb wifi card instead od B43
also read here on forum how to configure B43

I have the same Laptop too and wanting to install Kali Linux on it. So far, I haven't been able to due to (Failed to copy from rom) during installation via usb/dvd. Could you tell me how you installed it on your dell latitude 630?
