Kali 2 booting not complete

Hi all

I have allready install oldest Backtrack 4 or 5 in my VmWare Server2


I try to install Kali 2 via graphic install or classic install on Vmware server 2.

installation is complete but booting is stopping after Grub...

Or booting is block after :
"nsc-ircc wrong chip version 00"




any ideas ?

I change the defaut resolution for :

grub_gfxmode=1280x1024x24 (in most large modern monitors)
OR
grub_gfxmode=1024x768x16 (1024x768 is safer in older or smaller systems)

I comment the line end with "quiet"

Booting is more verbose but terminate with IPV6 duplicated adress detected !
