FYI, looks like if you try to log in to https://bugs.kali.org/login_page.php...ew_page.php%3F , then click "Lost your password?" , the password reset link at https://bugs.kali.org/lost_pwd_page.php is a blank page and doesn't provide any way to reset the password.
