I am running Kali 4.4 on an HP Probook 450 G2 just recently the F8 key has started glowing on each session boot, I know this is the mic mute button I do not need a mic but I would like to turn this off and I just cannot. I think it may have something to do with Gnome desktop rather than Kali but I am not sure.
