i have installed kali linux 1.0.9 and then upgraded it because i couldn't install any apps. and right after the upgrade it was working fine and after the shutdown. it starts up to desktop and only showing background image and icons. no menus nothing even drivers are not loading. How can i fix this?
and it is a dual boot with windows 8
