    Post USB Issues

I recently used a USB to put kali-linux 2.0 on my PC and its my only OS, but I am wanting to dual boot with Cyber-Hawk but I need to use the same usb I need help using Linux to clear off the USB and put the downloaded .iso file on my usb one issue that i am having is that the USB is showing that there is nothing on it but when i run
    Code:
     dd bs=4M if=cyborg-hawk-linux-v-1.1.iso of=/dev/sdb1
    It gives me this error
    Code:
dd: error writing ‘/dev/sdb1’: No space left on device
    1+0 records in
    0+0 records out
    0 bytes (0 B) copied, 0.00634787 s, 0.0 kB/s
I'm not sure if this is a partitioning error or what but I really want to know how to fix this whoever provides a working solution

If your Kali 2.0 is installed and running from your HDD, just boot up Kali and when its all loaded up insert your USB flash drive. Now your flash drive is inserted go to your "show applications" and in the top search bar type disks. Open up disks and click on your USB flash drive, now click on a small button with two cog wheels (additional partition options) and look for "format" and click it. Choose the formating options and wait until complete.

Be aware that this should only be done if you would like everything stored on the drive to be erased.
