I have everything in place to install Kali on my Surface Pro 2. I burned an ISO of Kali to a USB drive, created a directory EFI/boot and put the 2 files indicated here:

I've tried turning off 'Safe Load' in the EFI menu on the Surface, press the volume down putting on start up but no luck. Is there anything I'm forgetting?
