ChameleonMini Compatibility?

I recently found this thread explaining how to get a Proxmark3 working with nethunter, but I'm curious if anyone had any luck getting the original (not the new revG ones in development now) ChameleonMini to work with Nethunter yet?

Thinking of grabbing one, but I don't want to waste my time if it's not compatible.
