I am attempting to install Kali Live from a USB stick onto a dual boot system. Kali operates fine from live boot but after I install, it hangs at Kali login with the mouse pointer jumping from extreme upper left corner for approx. 5 seconds then jumps to center of screen, then jumps to login cursor. If I am quick enough, and time it properly, I can get one character typed. I have been able to get past "login" to password but it times out before I can get anything there. This seems ridiculous to even attempt but I wanted to see if the load would continue. As I mentioned, live boot works fine so I am guessing that hardware is okay. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have been messing with this for days.
