Issues with BeEF in Kali rolling

Hi everyone,
I'm starting BeEF from terminal with the command

beef-xss

or with

service beef-xss start

, but when I try to connect to the address http://127.0.0.1:3000/ui/panel I retrieve the message The site can't be reached.

I used BeEF in previous versions of Kali, but this time I can't get it working.

Any suggestion?
