So, I'm really a linux noob and just trying to figure out how in the heck do I install Alfa USB wireless card drivers?

I downloaded the linux package, but really don't know what in the heck to do. So stressed out right now trying to get my Alfa AWUS036NH antenna to detect networks.
Note: I'm running Kali in virtual box and the adapter is recognized. Just need to install this package and things should be working properly for myself. Thanks to any who may help!
