New install... can't install Nvidia Kernel

Building a new machine with new Nvidia cards in it. Following the same Blackmore Ops tutorial I did around 9 months ago. But this time after I install the kernel headers I try to:

    apt-get install nvidia-kernel-$(uname -r)

    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package nvidia-kernel-4.5.0-kali1-amd64
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'nvidia-kernel-4.5.0-kali1-amd64'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'nvidia-kernel-4.5.0-kali1-amd64'

I am updating successfully, didn't have these problems before. Any ideas?

I did update my sources.list to the latest "Rolling" release but that didn't help. I am re-installing with a new Rolling .iso download and not the old Sana 2.0 one I had. Hopefully this works...

If anyone else is having this problem it seems the Blackmore Ops tutorial is out of date. You don't need to do "apt-get install nvidia-kernel-$(uname -r)" and you can go straight to the next step, doing "apt-get install nvidia-dkms".
