Hi
I installed Kali on the main hdd and then I moved it to an extra dvd bay. It seems impossible to boot Kali after changing
the booting priority in BIOS. I installed the GRUB in Kali partition.

Here is the output

HP HDX16 running Mavericks and Windows 7, BIOS F. 32 (Insyde) on main hdd.
Besides the only way to boot the main hdd is the F9 and not F10 changing
the boot order. The F10 seems have no impact on boot order, very strange.
