airodump-ing no resultsAR9271 chipset

Ok I am using Kali Linux 2016.1 64b with VB tryed also with VM .I check kill the prosec for airmon-ng after that start monitor mod and in the iwconfig wlan0 change to wlan0mod and monitor is on.After that when I use airodump-ng wlan0mon It open the interface but don't find anything.what to do.Also tryed ifconfig wlan0 down ifconfig wla0 mode monitor ifconfig wlan0 up changed the MAC and still same :

it works fine.
You should enable monitor mode with airmon-ng instead of iwconfig,
By this way you will avoid conflict with network manager.
Check also the configuration of your virtual machine
Mode live or dual boot is more recommended.

Dude u didn't understood me I use airmon-ng start wlan0 to start monitor.After that just check with iwconfig to segure it is on and it changes to wlan0mon.After that I statrt airodump-ng wlan0mom it starts but no results show
