    apt-get dist-upgrade problem in 2016.1

    Hello,

    i have a problem when trying to perform apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade.
    apt-get update finishes and when apt fetches the packages, i have a kind of loop at one package.
    In this case it's the zaproxy package (but i think it doesn't matter at which packe i am stuck?).

    I never dealt with apt troubleshooting before because i never head such issues when upgrading linux systems
    So any ideas what's going wrong?

    Kali Version: Linux KALI 4.3.0-kali1-686-pae #1 SMP Debian 4.3.3-5kali4 (2016-01-13) i686 GNU/Linux
    Kali Architecture: 32 bit
    Any visible error messages you are getting: none

    dpkg.log does not contain any errors.

    apt-get dist-upgrade looks like this (sorry for german output)

    Holen:20 http://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/kali kali-rolling/main i386 zaproxy all 2.5.0-0kali1 [71,4 MB]

    apt-get dist-upgrade fetches packages number 20 again and again and again.

    thanks in advance!

    can you post your sources file? Also try doing apt-get clean and then update again.
