I just installed Kali-rolling (vr:2016.1) on an alienware M17x laptop (HDD) for a friend of mine.
While using the root user i have no issues. But when i log in a secondary account (ex: Addams) I get hangups/freeze after I use the auto complete in a terminal. After that I get random freezing of the console and the UI but not the mouse for lenghts of 30 sec to minutes at random interval.
I looked at the dmseg output but got nothing significant.
What should I do to figure this one out ?
I have a theory that the user as to be sudouser but I would like to avoid that.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
