Internet freeze after dist upgrade

Hi all.
Did a clean hdd install kali Rollin.
Everything was fine until I did a dist upgrade.
Now my Internett freeze after a few seconds, then unfreeze after a minute or two.
I restart network manager service, it works for a few seconds, then freeze again. But still connected to router, with router bar signal.
I have done a lot of googling with no luck. So this is my last hope.

You're probably using the 4.6 kernel which has been giving me some problems as well. Try loading your 4.5 kernel in the Advanced Option of Grub.

well..i didnt have the choice of 4.5...
it was either 4.3 or 4.6
i choose 4.3 but the problem still exist.
I have have tried everything..troubleshoting the connection.
with the 4.3 kernel the connection is on but freezez and unfreez every few second.

Ok
resolved. i did a clean hdd install again. but this time i didnt do apt upgrade.
instead i did apt-get clean && apt-get update && apt get dist-upgrade. everything works fine now
