Greetings Kali community,
after using (and frequently updating) the Kali-rolling release (x64) on my Dell Latitude E6400 I discovered some problems with the fonts of the design.
As you can see on the pictures below the normal letters are replaced by those squares. This only happens to the name of the selected folder... So I think that this problem maybe deals with the size of the letters or the format. It looks like somehow the font for those selected items has not been installed correctly. It also occurs at the login screen, so I think that this could be fat-font ect...
The problem began around 4 months after updating the system, but was easy to fix by a simple reboot. Unfortunately it can't be fixed by that anymore...
The commands I use for updating are:
I update daily with the hope that this issue is fixed... but it didn't so far...Code:apt-get update apt-get upgrade apt-get dist-upgrade
If anyone knows a solution for it, it be greatly appreciated!
