I have Kali live with persistence and quite a few hours worth of tweaks in a bulky 15Gb USB although I'm using less than 5Gb overall. I have a tiny 8Gb USB memory on its way, is there a way to migrate it all to an 8Gb one?

Make an image from your first USB since it's just 5GB and restore it to the new 8GB. Hope this helps
