isc-dhcp-server will not start on kali linux rolling

I get this message when starting isc-dhcp-server....isc-dhcp-server.service failed because the control process exited with error code. And systemctl status isc-dhcp-server.service gives me...isc-dhcp-server.service - LSB: DHCP server

ok things I done, set wlan1 static in interfaces, added wlan1 to isc-dhcp-server conf file, never got the chance to test my settings in dhcpd.conf.
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Well thanks for the support guys,anyway I found the problem and the solution was re-creating my edited dhcpd.conf to match at0 settings.It took me almost a week to find the answer and then it wasnt just copy and paste thing ? Well for those who might come across this problem check your setting, read advice from internet that is current ,if you see backtrack or kali 1.0 stop reading cause what work then won't work now.And try not to add tools to your distro unless it is specifically for it.
