Hello,

I encountered pretty annoying problem when I was trying to install Kali on my old 2007 Macbook - "cd-rom boot mode" message. After booting from dvd I got that message, and since drivers for keyboard aren't loaded I cannot bypass it, what more any other distro I tried to run(Ubuntu, Mint) boots just fine, **** even can be installed without so much a problem. I tried to look around a net for solution, but couldnt find anything usefull, and since its old mac booting from pendrive is out of the question. During my search around the forum I found user that claimed that with old version of rEFIt pendrive boot can be done, unfortuanatelly, didnt said what version it was. Anyone know how to resolve this?
