Hi,
I am using a core i7 PC - 16 GB RAM and have Nvidia GTX960 Graphics card, and 3 x 27" Dell monitors.
after installing the drivers I am facing issues with making configuration changes (monitors position) permanent, after each logoff the settings will reset and monitors will swap locations.
changes are done via "nvidia-settings", with root account or using sudo with a normal account.
web searches lead to articles on ubuntu forum, archlinux forums, stackexchange, kali.org documentation and Nvidia official documentation, none of them seem to apply to the current version of Kali linux.
I need to use Kali for a course that I am attending, and prefer to use my full system potentials instead of doing the course on a VM, please help.
my system details:
Kali installed on physical SSD, dual booting with Windows10 on separate SSD, Asus GTX960 STRIX.
Code:
root@kali:/# uname -a
Linux kali 4.6.0-kali1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.6.3-1kali1 (2016-07-12) x86_64 GNU/Linux
