I Want (as like ubuntu) that in start up pc i press f12 for boot menu, Select 2nd hard disk and start kali automatically.

I unplug ssd.

Insert live kali. Start

Select

"Manual" in partition menu

Sda2

I choose ext4 with journaling, format partition, bootable, install grub

But kali not start

Error /dev/sda2 does not exist

Did you replug your SSD ? In this case, your second HDD become "/dev/sdb" and your Kali partition "/dev/sdb2".
You don't need to unplug your first HDD for installing Kali, Grub needs to know your configuration for updating his own.
