    disable usb automounting

    Hello everybody,
is a way to disable the usb automounting devices via software ?
Or maybe is it necessary a write blocker ?
I boot in live forensic mode; however it seems doesn't work and my usb thumb is automounted when i insert it in my PC.

    Tips are welcome.

    Thanks in advance.
    Vincenzo.

You can simply disable this feature with "dconf" at "org.gnome.desktop.media-handling", uncheck "automount" and "automount-open".
