Question About Editing Appearance (Font Size) in Certain Areas

    Alright,
I've looked all over, and maybe I'm missing something.

I'm running KALI x86 on an older Fujitsu Lifebook P1510 with a pretty small (I think 8.9" screen) screen. So the regular text sizes just don't jive

So after looking around everywhere (Yes, I have GNOME-Tweak-Tool installed helpful tutorial...

Where can I find the areas where I can resize both items. The fonts in the 'Applications Menu' extension can't seem to be set manually either.

Thanks for Listening! I'll be around!

Have you disabled "zoom"? It is located in the Drop Down Menu under Applications located in top left corner of the screen.
    Navigation: Applications Drop Down>Usual applications>Utilities>Tweak Tool>Desktop
    or try
    Applications Drop Down>Usual applications>Utilities>Tweak Tool>Fonts
    or try
    Applications Drop Down>Usual applications>Utilities>Tweak Tool>Windows>HiDPI
