Routing all traffic through proxychains?

Hello,
I installed proxychains and it works. However, it is my understanding that I must launch every single app I want in conjunction with proxychains

ie. user:#proxychains iceweasel

Is there a way to have the whole machine go through proxychains?

Yeah, that's the way proxychains works. You might be able to do it with some shell scripting, but I can't be more specific than that: my shell scripting is not that advanced.
