Nethunter Install and Xposed Framework

I have
Nexus 6 with Marshmallow running Nethunter 3.0
Nexus 7 with Lollipop running Nethunter 3.0

If I flash Nethunter and the flash the Xposed Framework will it conflict? Has anyone tried using them both. I'm assuming it should be ok, but I'm not as familiar with the way Xposed will change the system or if it will just affect the android operating system without affecting Kali.

I've been using the xposed framework and nethunter since day 1and have had no issues that I can recall.

If anything you might need to disable a module if it interferes with something Kali uses but I haven't needed to yet.
