    Understanding the Pineapple Connector ?

    Hi Security Folks,

i have an Wifi Pineapple Nano and i´m running some Nethunter Devices. I saw the "Pineapple Connector" in Version 3.1 and tested this new option.
    So i have some questions:

1.) Why is the IP for the Pineapple Gateway per default 172.16.42.1 ? This IP-Address and the complete IP-Range is ONLY if you connected via WiFi.
If you connect via USB-OTG the range is 192.168.42.x /24

2.) What means "No upstream" ? No Firewall rules for forward the traffic and only a connection to the pineapple itself ?
3.) Forward the Port 80/443 to 8080/8083 is needed for mitmf ?

So i´m a bit confused about the default IP´s and the function - BUT i´m very interested in that options
