Look if you have this line "DPkg::Tools::Options::/usr/bin/apt-listchanges::InfoFD "20";" in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20listchanges, if not, add it.
Next, clear your cache and reboot:
# apt-get autoclean
# reboot

i tried this method but freez on

the problem is fixed after lot of tries

first i tried an upgrade using :
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

the installation process start install all the package needed .. this is the result

so i tried again made an upgrade with:
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

my problem strill exist and i still got "Error: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)" but i found that "vboot-utils:i386" is in the list of upgraded package
so i tired to run the upgrade again and i found thath vboot-kernel-utils:i386 is upgraded without any problem
i need someone to try upgrade vboot-utils:i386 and try after if the problem is fixedStart-Date: 2016-10-15 13:50:07

after using an old snapshot, the problem fixed by:
apt-get install vboot-utils
apt-get upgrade
