[HELP] System shutdown after booting Kali from USB

    Hi,

I've installed Kali Linux 64 bit on a USB stick (Sandisk Transcend USB 3.0 16GB) and i'm trying to boot from USB to run Kali besides my Windows 10.

I tried to boot using the following steps:

-Downloaded the Kali Linux 64 bit from the official Kali download section.
-I wrote the .iso file to the USB using Win32DiskImager.
-Verified the install, everything seems ok.
-Restarted the pc. Turned Secure boot off in Windows. Set the Kali usb first in the boot order.
    -Rebooted the pc, Kali launched.
    -Everything seems ok.

BUT then after 10-15 seconds the following happens: my laptop fans are going crazy, they are running at 100%. This goes on for another 10-20 seconds and then my laptop shuts down completely. This happens everytime, in the exact same order.

    My specs:

    Bios Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc 5.11, 16-09-2015
    Bios Mode: UEFI
    Intel® Core™ i7 Quad Core Processor 6700HQ (2.6GHz, 3.5GHz Turbo)
    8GB KINGSTON SODIMM DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 8GB)
    NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960M - 2.0GB DDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 12
    250GB Samsung 850 2.5" EVO SSD

Running Windows 10 education edition 64BIT.

    Any help would be appreciated!
