Hi Guys,
I decided to do a clean install of 2016.2 Mate on one of my laptops. While installing it sees and connects to WiFi without issue, but as soon as it boots properly there is seemingly no way to reconnect. Normally this wouldn't be a huge issue, just plug a cable in and use that to grab whatever is needed to fix the issue. Problem is, the LAN connector on the laptop is knackered, any idea how to fix this?
Not sure if this is the correct place for this, but as it's an issue with a totally fresh install, it seemed to be. If not could an administrator move it somewhere better. Thanks.
