Exclamation Help! Can't boot Kali properly

Hello! My issue it's really simple. I can't get the .iso to go correctly into a usb stick. Tryed with two computers using the Windows 7 USB/DVD downloader and also with the dd command through fedora and the disk writer? I think that that's it's name. I can't get it. If I flash it "correctly", when I try to boot it, it just won't do anything so then it boots with Fedora's boot manager.

Is there any flawless way to do it? Also tryed the way that's shown on the Kali instructions on the .org page.

Thanks by advance for the help!

Also I've done it with no antivirus, so that one should be covered too

I've a x64 Intel i7-3632QM 2.2GHz processor with 8GB ram and already tried with two different usb sticks, one of 16gb and another of 32gb

The way I do it,and it works everytime is by this: Right click on the USB device in my computer -> Format -> FAT32,then I use UltarISO to make it bootable.
