Stuck on apt-upgrade

Hello,

After "apt-get update" Im trying to "apt-get upgrade" on fresh Kali(VMWare\Windows host). Getting stuck on 94% with this line flooding my terminal:

"Get:1 http://archive-3.kali.org/kali kali-rollin/main amd64 mimikatz all 2.1.0-20161005-0kalil [567 kB]"

It just keeps downloading the same file again and again. It loads up to 0%-100% and it starts over again. Tried changing repositories. Nothing.
Even tried to change between Orace VirtualBox/VMWare and it keeps doing the same.

Any solutions?

I have same problem, it can't find repository, that lines with 404 Not found

Kali had recently changed the repositories for Sana 2.0 .

I had the same issue with VirtualBox after downloading the vdi. This issue should be resolved by changing the network adapter from NAT to Bridged.

I am having the same problem, however I am unable to change from NAT to bridged and still have a connection. When I change my connection to bridged it shows that my network cable is unplugged. I have tried to go into settings and remove the network adapter and re-add it and then go to bridged and it still doesn't work. I am currently in school in an ethical hacking class and kali is what we use for our assignments, please help.
