Exclamation Kali Install - Suck at blinking cursor after Selecting Graphical Install

Kali version - Newest as of 10/26/2016 (not sure at all, new to Kali)
Architecture- 64bit Kali (top iso on the download page)
Hardware - Intel Celeron N3060, 2GB of RAM, 64gb of SSD storage, plugged into my router, running Windows 10 currently (latest version as of 10/26/2016)
No Visible Errors, no logs (unble to view them, don't know how)

Issue- Installed on Disc, Only boots after I select "Boot from DVD" after shift+restart on Win 10. It loads up to the Kali Linux screen with the "live" and "install" options. After i select one. It just goes to a black screen with Blinking cursor.

Note: wont give me the ability to enter any commands so i cannot figure out any other information except the Specs of the computer. If you need more information, let me know.
