    Wireless was working , reboot , now it doesnt.

    Hi guys well , i was using kali , was downloading some torrents last time i used it , i was also using wireshark , everything was ok. When i rebooted this morning my card couldnt find any network, nothing shows in there. Gonna put some images so you guys can understand better.

    I noticed that txpower is 200 dbm , could that be the problem ?

    My gues is that it is .
    Check out if your wifi card temperature is hot .
    LAst time i did something like you did now , i also lost temporarly my alfa rtl 8187L card .
    I had rx power , witch means that i could see wifi around , but i was unable to connect to them because i have losted the tx power .
    The salvation to this specific card came 1 year later when i found a windows driver from alfa that enabled me to reprogram the card configuration again .
    The name of the package was "RTL 8187l mass produtcion kit" , where i could change the default power of the card and also define a different mac address by default to that card to be stored in rom .

    Anyway , try this on terminal :
    iwconfig wlan0 scan
    If you get results then it is the network manager , if you can not get results then it could be that your card eprom is messed out .
