Can't get Bluetooth to work. OnePlus One + CM13 Net3

Hallo,

Can't get Bluetooth to work.

System:

OnePlus One
CM13
Nethunter 161014
nethunter kernel Oneplus1-marshmallow
+ rooted

Problem:

Bluetooth works on cm13
but not under kali/terminal.

-internal OnePlus One Bluetooth
-ex. LM540 IVT Bluetooth USB

any ideas?

I would be very helpful to me if someone with a working Bluetooth configuration on "OnePlus One"
could provide me the content of /etc/bluetooth especially the main.conf file THX A LOT
