Question Instaling Drivers for 3.5 inch display (Raspberry Pi 3b + Kali linux)

    Hello everyone!
I have dificulties in installing drivers for 3.5 inch display on kali linux.

I tried every method i could find and none is working on Kali Linux. When i put sd card with Raspbian and try this method: http://www.waveshare.com/wiki/3.5inch_RPi_LCD_(A)

    It works like a charm.

I tried the TFT kali image aswell. It doesn't boot at all (After connecting it to HDMI it shows Rainbow screen. The image is broken)

Can anyone with knowledge can help me with that?
I apreciate every kind of help.

    Hi Honeycomb,

    Try Sticky Finger’s Kali-Pi:

The re4son-kernel works with all TFT displays, including waveshare.
Why don't you try the ready-to-go image:

    I hope that helps.

    Many thanks,
    Re4son
