Edit the enterprise.cfg ( I take it from the Mac Linux USB Loader forum)

#This file is machine generated. Do not modify it unless you know what you are doing.

    entry Kali Installer
    family Debian
    initrd /install/gtk/initrd.gz
    kernel /install/gtk/vmlinuz findiso=/efi/boot/boot.iso boot=live noconfig=sudo username=root hostname=kali
reboot mac, and start installing but like the 5 step the installation start looking for the cd-room . so.... I am stuck there..
any ideas how to solved :P ?
    ---------------------

Finally I have installed Kali in my Macbook Pro Early 2011

The easy way for me was.

Step 1 : Install Ubuntu from USB..
    After is installed
Step 2 : Install rEFInd ...again..
Step 3 : Make an USB bootable with Kali with the Startup Disk Creator
Step 4 : Finally!!! the Menu with the possibility that start the USB with diferent modes (+ Install Kali )

from here ahead, I couldnt use the touchpad, so using just the keyboard.
    was long... but works :P
